Crystal Dental Centre is located in hearth of Metrotown Burnaby, beside Hilton hotel in Crystal Shopping Mall. It is modern dental office with top of the line medical equipment and a great team of dental specialists. The centre has recently been extended to accommodate increased number of interested patients and to make their visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

It is very convenient to visit us if you are coming by car due to large number of parking space within the short reach from our office.

Team

Beside our two experienced doctors, our team has a number of dental assistants as well as few dental hygienist that are here to help you with any problem that might occur or your regular check ups and cleanings. We are extremely professional and skillful using hi-tech dental equipment and the best materials available, such as 3M Dental Products, Septodont, Dentsply Caulk and Hu-Friedy. Our non-dental office staff will help you with all other non-dentist aspects of your visit such as financing, insurance, scheduling etc. We are proud to be a team of multilingual professionals and can assist you in following languages:

When you come to our office, you may notice some differences right away. Besides the warmth and caring from everyone who works here, you will notice an extra measure of thoroughness.

For example, your first visit will be a comprehensive examination with Dr. Goran or Dr. Dragana. You will also notice an exceptionally clean facility, with a high level of professionalism. And we hope that you will feel very comfortable with us, so that you can ask us anything that you need to.

Besides Dr. Dragana and Dr. Goran, who are completely dedicated to the highest level of care, our entire staff is exceptionally qualified to do what they do. Here are the people you will meet:

Zelyka is our Communications Coordinator. She handles all financial matters, including dental insurance. She also takes care of appointments. She usually is the one who answers the phone when you call. Zelyka has experience in dentistry, and has been a part of our office since 2001.

Lei (Mandarin/English) is a certified dental assistant who has been a part of the office since 2003. Besides being warm, friendly, and very accommodating and welcoming, she is very knowledgeable. She is so intimately familiar with what Doctors need for each procedure, that they don’t even need to speak. She enjoys seeing our patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile and providing education about possible treatments and their effects. Lei’s favorite cases are complex restorations and anterior aesthetic cases that offer amazing possibilities for your smile.

Bridget is Cantonese speaking certified dental assistant, who has also been a part of the practice since about 2001. She enjoys very much working for this practice with its’ state of the art technology. Bridget is very warm and talkative helping Zelyka on front desk on busy days exploring your financial options, and scheduling your treatment, offering appointment reminder calls.

Christina (Spanish/Mandarin/English) is also Canadian trained certified dental assistant. Communicative, responsible, likes children very much. Christina has enjoyed following the latest changes in dental technology and watching our practice grow and blossom with the new tools we have incorporated.

Our dental hygienists are registered and licensed. They clean teeth and educate patients on ways to improve their dental health. Their professionalism is apparent to all those they work with. Patients like to book new appointments with them again.

All assistants are certified with appropriate license, experience and CPR certificate. They assist the dentists and hygienists with all aspects of patient care, and are dedicated to making your dental visits as comfortable as possible.
